Hi, I'm Matthew.

I'm a Houma native, and this community has shaped everything I do.

By trade I'm a physician assistant. I've spent about ten years in emergency medicine and urgent care, I help train new providers, and I teach in the physician assistant program at LSU Health Sciences Center, where I also earned my Master of Public Health. Medicine taught me how to walk into a complicated situation, figure out what's really going on and build a plan that works. I bring that same approach to marketing.

Video started as a hobby. I love to travel and I love being outdoors, whether that's fishing the marsh, running crab traps or heading offshore, and I started filming those trips for my own channel, No Reservations No Regrets. Along the way I realized the same skills could help the local businesses I care about. Helping them grow quickly became a passion, and James Media LA was born.

Today I handle social media, video, websites and Google profiles for businesses across South Louisiana. I love meeting new people and solving complex problems. It's what makes me tick. When you work with me, you work with me directly, and I treat your business like it's my own.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with my family, in the gym lifting, on the water fishing and crabbing, planning the next trip, or writing the next post for the meme page.
